I use rimmel stay matte powder and it works well but you should also use an oil control face wash (clean & clear maybe?) and use a moisturizer for oily skin. even though moisturizing sounds weird with oily skin it'll prevent your skin from producing oils.

My skin is the same way, tends to get oily as the weather gets warmer. I do a homemade facial and it helps really well. mix half of a banana with a little olive oil and honey, and leave it on until it dries!

1. Neutrogena Oil Control Pressed Powder $13, Rimmel Stay Matte $6 or Maybelline Dream Matte $12.
2. Probably powder, specifically one that absorbs oil throughout the day. Liquid will make you more shiny/cakey! :) xo
