Once or twice a month I put this oil called Amla (I think) that I buy from Indian market on my hair for a few hours and it helps strengthen my hair, stops fall out and I see need hair growing. its amazing and inexpensive...I just had to get used to the smell. I also mix baking soda with plain yogurt as a mask, I have no blackheads.
