I just need an inexpensive eyeliner that is easy to apply and good for beginners. I am also dressing up as a goddess for school and so if you have any ideas or tutorials :) and any tips on how to get better at eyeliner.

Wet n Wild Megaliner, it's $3 in a range of colours- but a traditional eyeliner brush. Or Maybelline Master precise liner pen it's $8- but in a marker form. Easiest way is to use an angled brush and press onto the eyelid. :)
For the goddess dress up, maybe buy a light blue maxi dress? :)

I think the easiest thing to do is to get an angled brush and line your eyes with a black eyeshadow! But if you want an actual eyeliner then I totally agree with Vanessa! I think Milani carries some of those "marker" eyeliners (I haven't tried them, but I've heard good things!).

I started out with a smudge stick/pencil(: it's really easy to get the hang of and if you mess up it's no biggie. You can try liquid, but it will take longer to get use to.

Anything with a felt tip will help you! I recommend Maybelline Master Precise. Flowy tunics, maxi dresses, over on shoulder sleeve dresses/shirts, gladiator sandals, gold bracelets, and a pinup curls are all the ideas I can think of! :)

The wet and wild megaliner sucked!...at least to me its so cheap your better off paying the 7, 8 bucks of Maybelline and practice you can save money by buying an angle brush from elf if you don't like the one it comes with it's only a dollar I think, its worth the money its a good liner and it goes along way

Oh make sure you don't get the waterproof megaliner, that one is a dud. The regular megaliner is the one you want :)

I use Hard Candy Walk the Line liquid liner. It's a Walmart but I can't exactly think of how much it is.
