I have been trying to grow my hair out it was growing fast but then it got to a point were it stopped growing. I get it cut ever other month. Any ideas on how to grow it out? I believe I heard something about braids or something but I can't Remeber what it was please let me know if you know what it is.

I have the same problem! I am wearing hair extensions and I have brought " sea kelp" Vitamins and "zinc" I take 3 sea kelp tablets a day and 2 zinc a day, they are only about £4 each or less and I have seen an incredible difference! I still have short hair but it's grown so much from what it was, basically sea kelp boosts your matabilisum (spelling) which means it makes speeds its up so your nails grow faster hair everything can make you more hungry though! And you might find you will need to shave your legs and under arms more than usual but as long as you do that you'll be fine haha
Zinc just helps maintain normal growth of nails hair ect xx Holland an Barrett!
