Wear your hair supper curly then mess around with it add a really bright bow or bandana

Layer your hair or tease it. You could also to a messy pony tail. Put colored extension or you can dye it if you want. Choppy layered hair/bangs will add extra to the look. Anything edgy looking will do. I love punk hair!! :D.
