I have the revlon wand with a pink handle , it does wonders for curling but by the time I get to the third layer , the bottom curls are pulling out & are almost back to straight /: I haven't found a good hairspray yet or maybe something else to keep the luscious curls... Any suggestions?

I'm sorry! Try more hair spray or maybe keep the wand in longer so that the curls are more formed and take longer to fall. Some people's hair also just doesn't curl! :(

Clip them up once youve curled it and let them sit for a bit then take the pins out.

Big sexy hair hairspray works wonders.
