Rubbing raw potato slices will help reduce their appearance a bit alternatively applying cucumber juice also helps...covergirl + olay concealer balm works great at covering under eye circles...hope this helps :)

Moisturize, whether it's an eye cream made for dark circles and lines, which I would get, or just lotion. Olay has some great options as cheaper alternatives to department store. If you decide to get a dept store cream, I recommend Clinique. Otherwise, drink a lot of water, sleep with your head slightly tilted up with an extra pillow (eyes higher than your chin, this allows fluid and blood to drain from under the eyes easier), use frozen spoons under eyes to decrease puffiness and I really like Revlon's photo ready cream concealer for under eyes. Hope this helps :)

There's lots of ways to cover but I think best is to try and get rid
- get more sleep
- drink lots of water
- put cucumber on eyelids as they contain water
- lay cold cloth on eyes
There's loads of ways! Just look it up online :)
