So, I really want to change my hair. ( how much hair to cut off / or what color I should put in my hair. (no makup in this btw. the picture does have a little effect / filter in it though.

I personally was looking into going darker as well. But if you are going to do it, then at least wait until summer is over. You are going to want your beautiful blonde hair for being out in the sun! For now, I suggest that you go for layers maybe? Hope I helped.
