Okay ladies! I need a new color and cut! My hair is to the top of my bra strap in the back! So what are your thoughts??

I think you should do the opposite of what is expected for summer like coloring your hair a golden brown so that in the sun the light will catch it giving it a nice shimmer and I think you should grow it out to just above your shoulder blade that would nicely frame your pretty face!!
