If you're going to keep wearing them your hair will start to think and fall out because the clips pull on your real hair. And it might even seem your hair isn't growing much because of the extensions. I'd only wear them once in a while.

Hair extensions doesn't make your hair fall out, that's a false statement. I've been wearing clip ins for 3 years now and my hair is perfectly fine. It looks good either way love :) maybe just wear the extensions for special occasions or for going out? And natural on a daily basis. :))

I like your hair hair without them, but if you want to curl your hair then I would wear extensions got those occasions since you won't be damaging your hair as much. also, as long as you don't sleep with the clip in extensions in your hair, your real hair won't start to fall out.

Without. I kept extensions in for a year and only took them out to wash my hair and maybe let my head have a break a few days here and there and after doing that for a year my hair did in fact thin out. I didn't have cheap extensions either and I started off with thick hair so be careful.
