Not quite a home remedy, but its effective! Try witch hazel as a toner for at least a month. Believe it or not, it made my pores smaller in a short amount of time.

Witch hazel is amazing. I wash my face with super cold water to reduce the appearance of the pores (bc warm water makes them look like craters!!) and I apply my toner and face makeup. But when I apply the foundation and the powder I always finish in a downward motion. And I apply the makeup with a stipple brush and or a beauty blender. They both make a huge difference (IMO)

Using a toner after you cleanse helps minimize pores

After you wash your face at night with warm water, splash cold water on your face and it closes your pores. For the daytime an easy fix is gliding an ice cube around your face.

You're born with a set pore size and honestly, there's nothing you can do to change it. Sometimes of course, they get stretched due to dirt, sebum, dead skin, etc..all you can do is "shrink" them back to their natural size. Def use a toner after you cleanse!
