No it looks like the first sign of a black eye coming along. It either needs more or you just should not wear it. (Not trying to be rude but you asked for my opinion) there is nothing to this look, needs more. Or maybe you didn't use primer and that's why it didn't show up. Use primer and re try!

In my opinion... It just looks quick and not cute... Eye makeup takes time. Start over. Use a primer and pack on the pigmentation. Make sure you have an inner corner, lid, crease,and browbone color. I guarantee it will look 100% better.

Ahh, when I said don't wear it I meant the color. There is no pigmentation in it. I didn't mean don't wear make up! Keep tryin with new colors or again, primer. Eye primer enhances eyeshadow colors.
