I'm looking to purchase a primer that is inexpensive and preferably in a small container. I usually don't wear a lot of makeup so it would be a waste to pay for a primer that I won't use a lot so any suggestions?

For the whole face I recommend rimmel fix & perfect pro! only 6 dollars. for eyeshadow try the elf one.

I found that for primer a little goes a long way so just the little test ones from Ulta near the check out are sufficient for me! :)
