Hey guys! I have blonde hair a medium/fair complexion. I usually do a light brown smokey eye for school, but only put eyeliner on the top. I have tried putting black under my eye and on my waterline, but I feel like it makes me look like a vampire or something! Haha. I don't know what I should do??...I know it makes your eyes pop, so I think I'm just worrying too much...any suggestions? And does anyone know a long lasting eyeliner good for the waterline? Because I wear contacts and my eyes water a lot so I think that's part of the problem (the eyeliner on my waterline fades and the eyeliner on my bottom lashes stays and looks weird)

Use it halfway through your waterline and smudge at the end so it looks less harsh. Setting it with brown eyeshadow will soften the line and also make it last longer. Good waterlir liners are NYX Slide Ons (dupe for UD 24/7), or Maybelline Master Drama. :)

Don't put it on your waterline! Its more likely to smudge because its moist which is why you should put it below your waterline!

Or you could even heat your eyeliner to make it darker with a hairdryer and use that, it should stay in place for longer but it may be too much for school.

I use a brown or a white underneath my eye, I think black is just too much for the bottom.

I agree with Danielle G. Sometimes black can be too much an weigh your eye down. It isn't necessarily bad if you wear black under your eye, but don't make it too heavy ☺

Use a light brown eyeliner, because it will look natural and make your eyes pop
