I have the same problem my hair is super fine!
I tease the hair at the roots but avoid doing the section along my parting so it doesn't look too obvious and just use some strong hold hairspray (I use tigi's rockaholic hair spray ) and a fine tooth comb

I blowdry mine with a big, round brush. I hold the hair upwards with the brush and spray the roots with a good hairspray. Then after its dry, tease the roots with a fine tooth comb.

Stop using conditioner. conditioner weighs your hair down. I only use conditioner twice a month now because I was having the same problem.
