I just bought that exact color. I found it to be a weird, sticky substance and I tried it by putting a very light layer of foundation over the gloss. It comes out nice and matte, but changes up the look for sure. Good thing it was cheap!! Good luck :)

You have to use a lip balm and let it sit for a little while. I'm actually going to rub coconut oil on my lips wait for it to soak in then give it a go. I'll let you guys know how that works out.

I have it and hate it. But I still wear it some times. If you put Chapstick or a gloss over it it's not as bad ;)

I'd be disappointed too. Keep trying a method and hopefully you can wear it. Does it feel gritty, sticky,& thick?

I have a love hate relationship with these things! Love the colors! But once I start drinking it becomes a bit blotchy. And you can tell how thick it is. But for 2 bucks I love it because the color is great and stays on a long time if you are careful with it.

I have a few of those & have a love hate relationship with them. You have to make sure your lips are exfoliated & apply a lip balm underneath. You only need ONE layer. Apply it thinly, & let it dry completely. With these things, don't rub your lips together or it will become blotchy.

Ugh just bought this today also. First attempt was a huge fail. Made my lips extremely dry and basically flaked off. I'll have to try a balm underneath or a gloss on top. For 2 bucks I'm gna make it work! Lol.
