My friend has naturally curly hair!! But she keeps flat ironing it! What can she do to try to get those curls back? Or what can she do to stop losing them??

Get her hair trimmed and use a good curl product. No heat!

Mouse when you get out if the shower and scrunch it! Keep it moisturized and don't use heat. They eventually come back :) try coconut oil treatments that work wonders on any type of hair!!
