Wait! What I do and recommend is that when you are shampooing, do it facing down, and also when you are brushing your hair... That REALLY makes a difference :) and you don't need to damage your hair with hot tools :)

For a night out use heated rollers and each section you wrap round a roller back comb at the root and hair spray and then focus the heated roller near the root and wrap the rest of the hair around the section. It won't give you curly curls as the heat of the roller is at the root as opposed to the end but should give you big volume!!

Blow dry your hair upside down, back comb the under layers of your hair to add volume and also use a good hairspray and styling mousse ;D.

When you're getting ready and your hair is almost completely dry, but it in really really big foam rollers and set with hairspray. When the rollers are really big a curl doesn't form it just lifts the roots.

I use the biggest Velcro rollers I can find and put them around the top of my head & if I'm really feeling frisky ill use big sexy root lift foam before I blow dry
