I would say use it appropriately and don't go overboard and you should be ok. I started wearing light makeup at your age and now that I'm older I'm doing more. :)

I'm almost 15 and I only wear a light concealer and mascara with some white mascara on my water line. Here's my advice : don't look like a very well made up raccoon. Because I know some girls that look like that and it's really not working for them..

I'm 14 and I absolutely adore my Naked 2 palette. Haha as long as you don't over emphasize and like wear a ton of other makeup you should be fine (: like Kira said, as long as your not making yourself look like a raccoon I think you should go for it!!
