I was thinking about getting some coconut oil to help my keratosis pilaris (a.k.a. Chicken skin) if anyone has tips for applying or which works best I'd really appreciate it.

Like they said just massage it in. warm it first since it solidifies.

A little goes a long way so you don't need a quarter size dollop of it. I warm it in my hands for a second then pat it on my face. If I think there is too much, I dampen a washcloth with warm water over my face.

If you choose to use on the face warm in your hands then gently pat it into the skin using your palms. let completely absorb before adding any other moisturizer or lotions on top.
