I am in need of a hair product and these two seem to be pretty popular. My hair is short at the moment, dry, and probably damaged ( I have twists so I won't be able to see til later this month). Anywho, if someone could tell me what they really think of these two products or any other product, I would really appreciate it!! I would like something that I can put on my scalp as well to stop the dryness.

I use biosilk. Only on my ends though cause they were very dry! It helped so much. I actually considered cutting my hair off before I tried it, but it saved it!

Silk will only make your hair "look" shiny and healthy but oil will actually help to repair your dry end, and keep the moisture of water (if you put it when your hair are damp, like after the shower) and give you some shine (: Hope it helped!

I use Redken with Macadamia Oil and it makes my hair super shiny. The only downside is that it also makes my hair smell a little weird.

Garnier Fructis Hydra Recharge. The shampoo, conditioner, conditioning mask and leave in conditioner. I promise you, it will change your life. It literally changed my hair from hay to silk!! Please try. I've used biosilk for years and loved it. The smell is to die for. But, It doesn't compare to the new Garnier product!!

Biosilk only improves the look of hair not the health of it. It can actually be drying. Macadamia oil would be a good choice.
