So I've had my hair half platinum half brown for a few weeks, and now that summers here, I need help! I go swimming in a pool with A LOT of chemicals a lot, how do I protect my hair? I'm scared it'll be green or super damaged. Any tips or tricks welcome!

Put conditioner in your hair before going in the pool and a SPF for your hair.

I thought that the chemicals would only react shortly after getting it done. Not sure, please do your own research via google. Conditioner before helps for it to not be dry. Or you can condition it after.

What’s great for damaged hair is using a moisturizing treatment like pro naturals moroccan argan oil hair mask once a week. Massaging your scalp weekly with coconut oil, almond oil or argan oil also helps, it’s very moisturizing and makes your hair softer as well. Leave in the oil for about 30-50 minutes under a shower cap or warm towel. You may have to leave the treatment in overnight and wash it out in the morning if your hair requires it. Also, trim regularly to prevent split ends and avoid heat and dyes.
