How To Grow Out Nails?

My nails broke off and I tried doing acrylics from home and I winded up taking them off the next day. My nails have a little nail glue on them still and are peeled, broken, brittle and short. How do I grow them out really fast?

Go to Walgreens and go by the nail section and there should be some kind of cuticle treatment in a green bottle. It helped grow my nails out!

Try biotin, if you take it with your normal multi-vitamin it works wonders
