First you need to get a good trim. Then you need to get a good hair repair mask. And I would suggest to stop heat styling it as much as possible. For the times that you do, make sure to use a heat protecting spray.

I would go get a a trim and if you can spend the money get a deep conditioning treatment at the salon and talk to the stylist about hair treatments and stuff. They're s plethora of info, seriously. I personally like to do homemade hair mask, you can find recipes for every type of hair problem online and I love love love using organix keratin spray in oil. Use it right out of the shower and it really helps keep my hair soft, especially if I air dry my hair. If you're going to use heat you've have to use a protectant! Not your mother's heat protestant spray is my fav.

Firt thing use a sulfate free shampoo and next thing if you want to use heat on it then make sure you use heat protection before and don't use heat on wet hair first let it air dry.. then use argan oil everyday on the ends to keep them from breaking.. that is what I'm doing right now cuz I had pretty damaged hair too and this is really helping.. update us on your hair after trying those tips.

No heat and no dye! Try to do hair styles that require no heat like sock buns messy buns fish tail braids. I like to put coconut oil on my hair before I go to bed every night. Just a dime sized amount. Also be super gentle when brushing your hair! Hope this helps sista! Lol.

Try not to use any heat..also if its long enough to make a braid or plat then do that before you go to bed. the plats help your hair to grow and get healthier:-)

Try to use a natural bristle brush. It will pull your natural hair oil to the damage areas and make it look better. FYI split ends won't get any better or repair themselves the only solution for that is a trim.

Every few nights, put some deep conditioner in your hair (especially the ends!) and put a shower cap on, and leave it on till morning. Don't wash your hair every day, but condition it every time you take a shower. You can't fix split ends, so get any trimmed off.

For repair, use essential oil conditioning treatments like pro naturals moroccan argan oil hair mask once a week and get regular trims to prevent split or damaged ends. Try not to use heat or dyes on your hair either! You can also massage your scalp once a week with coconut oil, almond oil or argan oil to help stimulate health and growth, and leave in the oil for about 30-50 minutes to let it sink in and work. This kind of thing is very repairing.

You need to get some trims and I also recommend you to try pro naturals moroccan argan oil hair treatment kit which helps to repair and restore your hair. :D.
