So I've been trying to grow my hair out cuz I just had to cut a lot off to get rid of split ends and it is quite short now :( and I bought castor oil and coconut oil and just want to know which one is better for hair growth and how to use it? :)

I would use the coconut and warm it up just so its I bit liquidy and massage it into your scalp. The massage is really key, it really gets blood flow started to your follicles and the coconut oil nourishes. I like to add cinammon and lemon to mine. Once you've massaged the heck outta your scalp, I like to comb the oil through the rest of my hair and sleep with is in for the ultimate moisturizing! Wash hair and use conditioner the next day and hair feels unbelievably soft

Oh and you're going to want to do the massage at the very least once a week. But, you don't have to always use the oil. A scalp massage before bed is relaxing and help with hair growth. So I would do a massage with oil once a week and one without every night/day before bed or in the shower.
