I have never used bleach on my hair at home, because I'm chicken. I've done others hair with bleach and got good results. I just wanted to ask for tips that maybe I didnt know. I didny go to beauty school.

You should go lighter and sallys has all the tools they need Usually its 40 peroxide.

40 is really bad for your hair though, so I wouldn't recommend it but you will need help to do this. If you put it on all your hair at one time the roots and ends will be lighter, it's called hot roots and everyone has porous ends, you have to do it by zones, and start in the back, it's the darkest area of hair.

I'm no hair expert but whenever I've bleached my hair it turns a little orange first and I have to end up doing a second process to get the blonde color I want but it still has a little brassiness also I have a natural reddish tint to my hair.

I think you could pull it off! Just be careful to use a color treated shampoo after it if you want it to last, I forgot to use mine and the toner they had to put in came out so ya. xxx
