Try purples maybe even a deep pink color for lip colors. Preferably a matt color. And natural colors are the best for everyday looks. And try black top liquid liner for a dramatic look since you have small eyes use a thin line rather than thick also try a bit of black mascara to the bottom lashes as well as black liner.
