Today I was just surfing the net about sulphate in shampoos n conditioners. there's a lot hooolahh about sulphate causing long term damage to the hair follicles.
almost all shampoos and conditioner have the main indgrediant sulphate laureth sulphate. its basically a detergent and cleans up the scalp.but due to long term use it may accumalate on the scalp.
I live in India so I tried finding sulphate free shampoos and ended up with all natural ones which contain heena, shikakai, aloevera and stuff.
so far the shampoo which I use has not caused much harm to my hair.I believe in regular oil massage to counteract the side effects of shampoo.
what's your take on it?

Organix has sulfate free shampoos and conditioners as well as herbal essence and aveeno. I have to use them because I did the Brazilian keratine on my hair and anything else will strip it.
