What's thee best way to get beach waves? My hair is fine and doesn't like holding! What can I do?

Sea spray, plait the hair and run over it with straighters or simply plaiting hair wet and sleeping in it :)

I use a curling wand by Remington, it's pink and brown and relatively inexpensive, about $40-$50. I have super curly hair naturally but when it's straight it won't hold a curl at all...strange, I know. I can use this wand and no setting spray and it will hold. I do use Joico Joimist Firm spray to make it through the day. I thinks it's in the straightener though, maybe because it's ceramic? Idk. I have used it on friends and it's the same for them as well.

You can buy a wave iron , & set it with salt water hair spray , which is supposed to make your hair wavy also. I have thin , straight hair & I make my hair wavy by washing it at night & putting it in a bun , & by morning I have fabulous waves :) but if you can't afford a wave iron at the moment , just make a couple braids in your hair & pass the hair straightener through each braid. good luck!

I agree with Rebecca I put sea salt on my hair and plait it before bed when I wake up its really wavey! Then just spray on a little hair spray to hold it :)

I say doing loose curls with a thin straightener I do my waves like that just comb thru with your fingers do not add anything and they'll fall on their own and become beachy waves ;)

The confair infinity wand gives you perfect beachy waves in minutes! It is very affordable and I recommend it!

I love sea salt spray for waves plus mine smells yummy (not your mothers sea salt spray.) once you get the look you may need to hold it with hair spray
