Good look for this top?

So it's picture day tomorrow at my job and I found this top in my aunts closet (don't judge me) and think its super adorable, it's a medium so if its baggy I'm going to wear white leggings under it and make it work.

Anyway, I hardly wear stripes, let alone stripes and blue, so what would be a good makeup look with this?

Perhaps a blue cat eyeliner with white eyeshadow on the lid & under your water line? & some pink lips , the top is cute btw , I love turtle necks :)
