I have a couple questions,
1. What's a good eyeliner to use on your bottom waterline that will last all day without it running?
2. Can you use liquid or waterproof liner on your waterline? I feel like it would be insanely hard to get it off at the end of the day without putting makeup remover in your eye.

1. Maybelline Master Drama $7, NYX Slide on pencils, UD 24/7 pencils.
2. Don't use liquid, it'll be very difficult to get it on your waterline, let alone out. Pencil is definitely best.

1. MAC Feline kohl pencil works wonders for me. NYX pencils also work well.
2. No liquid. Tried it, got in my eyes and it burned sooooo badly.

I use Urban Decay 24/7 and Revlon ColorStay and I work as a kitchen manager so they both definitely can take the heat. As long as you have a good makeup remover- taking it off shouldn't be a problem. If you are worried about waterline irritation- use a baby wipes or clean and clear makeup removing wipes. Hope that helped!

You can use a gel or cream eyeliner on your waterline. My favorite pencil would have to be Rimmel ScandalEyes Kajal Eyeliner.

My absolute favorite is Urban Decays 24/7 liner in perversion! so creamy and the color is soo dense. you only need one pass to get a solid line. and its perfect for top lids too.
