Leave for a week before you get professional help. Your is stressed I'm sure with all the lightener and color. For now the best this to do is deep condition!

Leave it. I'm a professional stylist and it looks good that way, but you can tell its damaged. go get some aussie 3 minute miracle & some sort of deep repair mask. hair chemist has a good macadamia deep mask for about $10 at sallys and give it a rest and some good TLC :)
