I understand that the key to clear skin is water, and I try and drink my recommended 8 glasses a day. However I was wondering, are there any other foods or drinks that help keep my skin clear and fresh? Any suggestions are welcome, thank you!

I heard that cutting out caffeine helps but I don't know if that's actually true!
Eat as clean & organic as you can. Take vitamin supplements with Zinc, Iron, and vitamin A. Using dark, leafy greens like kale or spinach in green smoothies is also really good for your skin.

The best thing is water, at least eight glasses a day and plenty of veg full of vitamins! Supplements can cause your body to over compensate and produce even more blemishes!

Carrots, broccoli, spinach, kale, blueberries, avocado, almonds, brazil nuts, salmon, tilapia, broccoli, blackberries, etc. and if you are tolerant to dairy like me that kicking it out makes a huge difference!

The picture above is actually very accurate. The more sugar and processed foods you take in, the more unhealthy you and your skin will be. your body needs healthy foods to make your skin as beautiful as it can possibly be.
