BB cream works wonders for every skin type. It isn't necessarily a "foundation" but gives high coverage and is a really good replacement.

Bb cream!! It's a tinted moisturizer!! So plenty of moisturizing and a little coverage.!

I had terribly dry and sensitized skin at 1 point and I found tinted moisturizers to work best for me. Add on concealer where needed and top off with loose powder, and you'll look perfect!

Drugstore wise, try revlon nearly naked. I have very dry skin and when I moisturize and use this foundation my face doesn't dry out.

I have dry, post-menopausal skin and NARS Sheer Glow has been my HG for years. It gives me lovely coverage and never, ever dries me out.
