At the moment I think Tarte would be your best bet because I keep hearing that Kat Von D's has been constantly sold out as of late. I think Tarte would be better for oily skin as well. And it seems like KVD's stuff is all very pink toned. Which may work for your skin type but if you're yellower like I am you might have a problem finding a good match.

Full coverage is also my preference and I use the kvd foundation. I absolutely love it. It is thick and you need to work pretty quickly which is why I find the beauty blender the best. When I use a brush it can look a bit too cakey. It's so pigmented and I seriously don't need to use concealer to cover my spots after

I only have the Tarte one..I really like it. It is quite heave but if you need an extra layer, it still looks nice and not heavy. My only problem with it is that it is an oil control foundation, which is fine for most of my face except on tiny dry patch where it gets patchy and cakey...I use MAC's Prep+ Prime Skin Smoother underneath to counteract that. Just a tip in case your face is oily but still has a dry area. I really like it as a foundation.
