Is it the ION brilliance? I used the red and it faded fast and bleeds a lot. was sure if the teal would do the same.

Pravana or Manic Panic. Joico's color is ok but I've never seen real or blue.

I did a gorgeous teal from Pravana a few years back and it definitely lasted! I LOVE Pravana, I haven't tried Joico colouring products but I highly enjoy their other products and I'd imagine the quality of their color lines would equal the quality of their other products..

Teal is hard to keep. You have to bleach out strands first then put the color on. I had teal for a few months, each time try started to turn green tinged after aabout 4 weeks. I used N Rage Twisted Teal that I bought from Sally's Beauty Shop. This is what the color looked like on my dark hair.

I personally love manic panic. joicos semis are too thick and don't spread easily. I have never had a problem with manic panic being splotchy and I have multiple times with joico.
