Can anyone recommend a good tinted lip balm/conditioner/moisturizer?

I have tried Baby Lips and didn't like the formula, I found it incredibly moisturizing but incredibly streaky. Right now I'm using Ulta Beauty's own tinted lip balm + stain. It works great but I don't go to Ulta too often. Any suggestions?

Fresh Sugar lip treatment. They're like baby lips but high quality. They have an original non-colored one and then a variety of tinted ones. They can be very subtle from my experience but they are very moisturizing and smell great. Much more natural looking than some of the baby lips shades I've seen. They're a little expensive but I definitely love the product enough that whenever I have a spare $20 I treat myself to a tube of it :)
