Use a dry cloth and rub it over your lips to take off all the dry skin and then put on Vaseline or a lip balm right before you go to sleep. Then put lip balm on straight away in the morning and this will ensure that the lips natural oils will not be able to escape during the night!!

I mix a little sugar, honey and olive oil together and use your toothbrush to exfoliate your lips, the sugar and toothbrush remove dry skin and the honey and olive oil makes them nice and soft, at night I also apply Vaseline to moisturize them, this helps me so much because I also have VERY chapped lips!

Melt together an old Chapstick with some lotion, and pour into a new container. It works like a charm to leave on overnight. 👍

Follow these steps:
Don't lick your lips(Saliva contains a substance that will dry out your lips)
Don't subject your lips to the cold.
Don't bite your lips.
Drink lots of water.
Moisturize using lip products.
A little bit of chapstick underneath your lipgloss or lipstick is fine, but you shouldn't be caking on five different lipglosses at once as your lips need to breathe.
Exfoliate your lips regularly

Try this tip as well
1. Apply a bit of petroleum jelly on a toothbrush with soft, straight bristles.
2. Brush the toothbrush against your lips in a circular motion. Be sure to leave a bit of petroleum jelly on your lips to bring back some moisture.
