Covergirl outlast stay fabulous is medium coverage, Revlon colorstay is more medium to full coverage. I like both of them. Using a matte primer helps to. Rimmel stay matte is good one (:

My favorite drugstore is Loreal infallible pro matte, I also like mac studio fix and estee lauder double wear

MAC studio fix fluid or the CoverFX custom cover drops mixed with any primer.
The formula itself is quite drying on its own but when it's mixed with primer it really sticks on and you can control the coverage

As far as really affordable goes, I love Rimmel's Stay Matte liquid mousse foundation. Really soft on the skin & doesn't feel cakey. If you have oily skin like I do, you may fight with it sometimes, but just keep oil blotting sheets with you! Its about 4-5 dollars in any Walmart!

L'Oreal Infallible Matte. My go-to foundation and I use it everyday for school. I have repurchased it twice already.

Loreal Infalable is amazing. I also love my Re (Marc) able from Marc Jacobs beauty, but it's a bit pricey!
