Use Castor sugar or brown sugar scrub with Honey
It's really amazing
Plus you can scrub your lips gently with toothbrush but make sure you apply lip balm immediately after scrub

Brown sugar, olive and/or coconut oil, vitamin e... Better than anything you can possibly buy. Also, not sure if you are familiar with the old time- sugar coated lemon drop candies...been around for ages. Those are great to keep at the sink...just put a drop of oil on them, and roll them on your lips. The sugar coating takes off all the dry skin and the flavor is good.

I looooove the Edible Eatable lip scrubs from Diva Stuff, you can get them on Amazon, they're all under $10, prices vary by flavor but I think they go as low as $5. I can't sing their praises enough. They exfoliate better than anything else I've tried, they leave a little oil behind to moisturize, so there's no need for a balm. Plus they're kind of adorable. The "hot chocolate" flavor has little marshmallows in it! You also get a few samples of some of their other products, all equally unique, all natural products. God, I sound like a commercial lol. They just have really great stuff.

I've used a simple mixture of sugar and water (mixed to a paste) and scrubbed it on my lips then rinsed. Works wonders especially if you have chapped lips. The mixture also works to speed up the healing process on wounds (I don't suggest on open ones). :)

E.L.F. actually makes a good one, but I agree to make your own! I use to buy Lush's but then I looked at the ingredients and felt duped! Simple ingredients and super easy to make unless you want some crazy flavors! You can use essential oils to flavor them if needed.

Sugar has a great (but a little bit expensive) lip exfoliator.

Lush lip scrubs, fresh sugar lip scrub, or sometimes I make my own concoction with brown sugar and coconut oil

For diy I mix some brown sugar with honey. It works wonder and smells really good. But ELF also has a good one. But if you aren't careful in getting it all off your lips in the end it can be irritating. But I do think diy is the way to go! It's so much cheaper and you know all the ingredients.
