So, before anyone can recommend Real Techniques...They're horrendous. They're scratchy, poor quality garbage. I actually threw mine away.
I personally enjoy the Sephora Brand brushes, but they can be a bit more expensive than something drugstore. They're really soft, though, and nice quality with minimal shedding.
I recommend asking Jackie, though, because she's a brush connoisseur!

Real Techniques brushes are very affordable and excellent quality. I have the Core Collection (face brushes), the Starter Kit (eye brushes), a limited editing Sculpting Set (you can buy the brushes in that set on their own, which are the Setting Brush, Sculpting Brush, and Fan Brush), and the Expert Face Brush (:

I'm a big fan of Furless, they go on sale from time to time and are crazy soft!

I also disliked Real Techniques like Hannah W. I like many of the Sephora Pro Airbrush line brushes, but Morphe is a great option as well. I've never used any natural bristle brushes from Morphe, but the synthetic ones I have are very soft (much MUCH more than the Real Techniques) and fairly affordable. :)

After using Sigma, Kevyn Aucoin and Japonesque, I threw away my RT and a few of my Morphe. I like my brushes from Sephora too. Oh! ITCosmetics has some great brushes.
I do have to agree with Hannah. After using the higher quality ones, I couldn't go back to RT.

Oh one more thing! I've noticed that when I buy a set, the quality seems to be less than when I buy individuals. Maybe that's in my head, I don't know, but I noticed that on my own, no one ever said it to me or anything. Now I just stay on the safe side and always order individuals.

What's the difference Jacqueline I'm starting to get more into makeup like I said I barely use brushes I usually use my fingers or the beauty blender , which one is better?

Screenshotting your advice, per the usual. Looks like it's time to get some BDellium brushes. Jacqueline what brushes/brand would you recommend for someone who doesn't have a price point? I don't mind paying for it as long as it's good.

Thanks darlin! You always take the time to answer questions SO thoroughly! This is information that people normally have to pay money to learn at an academy, thank you so much for taking the time to spell everything out so intricately for us! You're the best!
