Best matte eyeshadow palette.

Hello beauties!! I'm looking for a great matte neutral palette, any recommendations?
I'm not sure which is best for me between viseart, KVD, kryolan or even Ben nye.

I really like the KVD shade and light eye palette. The shadows are creamy, blend well, and work for a lot of different looks.
I haven't tried any of the other brands so I can't give a review, but I've heard good things about Viseart if that helps

The BEST matte palette is kvd shade and light as far as formula that isn't too expensive. For me, second is tartlette matte palette colors are beautiful! But I think the best of all is viseart from what I gather from makeup artists but it's expensive

I have the KVD Shade & Light matte eye shadow palette and I absolutely love it. Solid pigment, smooth blending and very good wear time with my Mally eye shadow base. I thinks it's very good quality for the price. I can't speak for the others, however the creme de la creme is Viseart from what I've learned here.

So, I own the Kat Von D Shade and Light, as well as three matte Viseart palettes. I'm not one for matte shades, personally, I ordinarily use them as the bases for some of my more colorful looks.

I know that Jackie absolutely adores Ben Nye, and that she used them all throughout her schooling (if I'm remembering correctly), though I've never tried them.

Now, as far as the Kat Von D Shade and Light is concerned, the pigmentation is great and the shadows feel very smooth; they're easy to work with. But, this palette is SO boring. I almost never reach for it, because I normally feel like it isn't enough to do a complete look, unless said look is a smoky eye.

The Viseart Matte palettes are amazing, in my opinion. As I said, I own three of them, and all of them are wonderful. I use the Cool Mattes the most, because it makes a really great base for shadow looks, but it also has gorgeous cool toned brown shades that go really well with cooler toned shadows when I don't want the warmth. I do not own the Neutral Mattes, but it looks nice as well.

If given a choice, I'd choose the Viseart Cool Mattes every time. I don't need a single other neutral matte palette.

I have one Ben nye matte shadow and I love it backseat isn't powdery at all and the pigmentation is perfect and very blendable but I really wanted to know other opinions

I am 100% with Hannah. I didn't even buy the KVD because I know nothing can replace my Viseart palettes. I feel like the KVD is geared toward the general public, but Viseart (until recently) has been a pro artist brand. I have nothing but praise for the Viseart shadows, I would choose that every single time.

Hands down Visesrt is the best! You won't be able to find another palette that can match up to their quality.. They're very buttery and blend with little to no effort. I find it rather difficult to even look at another eyeshadow palette because the quality of Viseart is so superior it's no joke. It's the only palette that's been so consistent in my looks. If you're into make up then this one everyone should definitely have.

Jacqueline I LOVE what you said about the packaging. I've never understood the you tubers thing with packaging. Who cares if the packaging has hearts and roses as long as the product is excellent, ya know? I have the neutral mattes and my next one is going to be the dark mattes and then the bridal palette. (Or is it called satin?). Anyway, great point!

I love my naturally pretty Palette volume 1, its provides me with all the midtone crease shade I need to complete any look, it has some pretty good dark mattes too. but I know that not everyone is going to be a fan of this Palette. I also got the viseart dark matte Palette and I am in utter love! I love every single shade! pigmented, buttery and a delight to work with! I have katvond Mi Vida Loca and the mattes are pretty decent!

I love the lorac palettes! They have a good variety of colors and they have both mattes and shimmers. usually the top row is matte shades and the bottom is shimmer. they are really creamy and very pigmented!!

Viseart shadows are the best quality of any palette I've ever owned! I love them. I would definitely pick it over the shade and light palette. But I've never tried kryolan or Ben nye.

I just recently bought two viseart palettes, Dark Mattes and Paris Nudes. I also read a lot about them (and I never cared about the packaging issue either) but when I spend 80$ on a palette I wanna be damn sure what I'm paying for, and I didn't want to risk it. So when I travelled to NY (since you can't find them is Spain) I went all the way to Alcone's to play with them. Hands down the best eyeshadows I've ever owned. I don't think I've reached for any other shadows since. I am officially addicted and currently planning my finances to buy them all.
