It's so difficult to choose from but I love NYC. I have tried Physicians Formula with this nude waterproof eyeliner pallette and it was pretty good. There are so many to choose so I will keep looking

I happen to be a huge fan of the Urban Decay eyeliners. I find that I can do pretty much anything with a pencil liner, though, so I don't usually look at liquid liners. Anyway, the Urban Decay liners are amazing. They don't smudge or smear on me, even in the waterline, and they come in a really great range of colors. I also find that they have the blackest blacks on the market, nothing else I've tried (Marc Jacobs, Too Faced, YSL, Maybelline, L'oreal, Nars, MUFE...literally none of them have black pencil liners as dark as Urban Decay) even comes close. I highly, highly recommend checking them out if you can.

Kat Von D tattoo liner and the Lorac Pro Liners are my favorite liquid liners and my favorite gel liners are the tarte clay pot in black and and the tarteist, as far as pencil liners I've come to love NARS waterproof eyeliner and NYX pencil liner.

My favorite liquid liner is the Stila Stay All Day Liquid Liner. I have hooded eyes and this is literally the only liner I've used that doesn't transfer into the hood of my eye. I'm still looking for my perfect liner for my waterline but currently I'm using the Marc Jacobs Highliner Gel Crayon, which I like but I find that when my eyes are watery the color doesn't apply as opaque as it does when my eyes aren't watery, it's a bit annoying.

I use Palladio liquid eyeliner! It's cheap and works amazingggg it's so easy for me to do winged eyeliners! And it stays on for the whole day!

I usually prefer the gel liners because they last longer than a lot of pencils I used, don't need to constantly be sharpened.
I quite love the MAC Chromaline.
I believe it's a pro product but you can get it online or at a pro store.
It comes in a larger pot than the Fluidline and it's more opaque and longer lasting by far than Fluidline and gels are more versatile. (Can be use on the lid and on the waterline and I find they can last longer on the waterline than pencils)
For liquid, which I find can last even longer than some gel ones.
Although the downside is they aren't as versatile when it comes to the waterline like gels.
My personal fave liquid is the Milani Infinite liquid eyeliner it's about $5-6 and is super waterproof/long lasting

Elf gel eyeliner is my personal favorite! It last soooo long and it is super cheap. It's very good quality and once it dries it doesn't move. I love to smudge it out along my top lash line. My favorite liquid I guess is the essence liquid eyeliner pen.

Kat Von D was my favorite until they ran out at my Sephora of Trooper and I was in a pinch, so I bought Sephora's felt tip waterproof liner and it is just as good!! It's about $5 cheaper too!
