I love the black base! Burgundy or navy blue would look awesome too. Burgundy will make it more valentine's day-inspired and navy blue more like a starry sky.

What top coat is that? seems fun to use!

It's so pretty! I mean this in the loveliest way, it reminds me of when I used to do a lot of painting and I had paint flecks on my nails:) the hearts add a really lovely touch to it too.
