I'm looking into buying a brush set, not just individual brushes but an entire set but I'm not too sure which set I want. Anyone have any input on the best affordable brush sets?

Do you have a price point you're trying to stay around?

Real Techniques is one of my favorite brands for face brushes. If you're looking for eye-specific brushes, EcoTools offers a set of dual-ended brushes.

I reckon Sonya Kesha brushes from Target are the best. 😊

I'm going to sound like a broken record, but I think Morphe brushes are a good value for good quality brushes. Are they the best? Probably not, but for the non professional I think most people are very happy with them, including myself. Also, like Real Techniques, it's just they don't have a big selection on detail brushes. I would rate them an 8 out of a 10.

I would recommend Real Techniques and Morphe brushes. I know Morphe isn't really affordable but in my opinion you get what you pay for.

I also had this question and after reading Liz S's reply I went to the BH Cosmetics website and I found at least two brush sets I'm interested in. They have six piece sets for 13 dollars! They have a 36 pc brush set for 32 dollars and various 14 and 15pc sets for 20 to 22 dollars. I might get one myself!

I agree with Natalie! I think Zoeva has amazing brushes for their value! Good combination of synthetic and natural bristled brushes, different sets (eye, complexion, both). Look around their website ;)

I think BH cosmetics have good quality sets especially for the price.

Another vote for Real Techniques. I also have a couple of ELF brushes- the black handled ones. I like the small stipple brush for prep, the tapered powder brush for spot powder application.

I really like BH Cosmetics. I've had a set from them that I have had for about 3 years and they have held up really nicely considered how much I paid for them. I also have another set that I have had for a few months and it is really nice too. They also shipped really fast for me too!
