I use the Ulta brow tint for my eyebrows and I love it! I was going to get the benefit stuff but this is more affordable and the same shades.
Juice beauty has an amazing foundation. My skin is sensitive so it's so nice to use something that won't make me break out.

For foundation if your willing to splurge the Estée Lauder double wear it's my fave. As concealer I like the Maybelline fit me concealer, or the Tarte Tape it's creamy and covers well. Brows I like the Essence brow designer. What kind of eyeliner are you looking for?

Brows: IT Cosmetics Brow Power, very natural looking and I bought the travel size and it's lasted me forever.
Mascara: I just got the Too Faced Better Than Sex Waterproof and immediately I was in love with it, still loving it a few weeks laters as well
Liquid Liner: Stila Stay All Day Liquid Liner, the only liner that doesn't move, budge, fade, or transfer on my hooded eyes. It's my holy grail.
Concealer: I love the NYX HD Concealer and the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer, both have lovely coverage and are long wearing
For reference I have normal to oily skin

Forgot foundation, lol. I highly suggest Estée Lauder Double Wear, I'll try other foundations but I always go back to Double Wear.

Eyebrows : Anastasia Beverly Hills brow products are the best! The Dipbrow pomade and the power duo are my favorite.
Mascara : Loreal intenza butterfly mascara is so good! and very inexpensive. I also just started using the Smashbox full exposure mascara it makes your lashes so long!
Foundation : Maybelline fit me matte and poreless has amazing coverage.
Eyeliner : Ulta gel pencil liners are great. They have tons of different shades. For winged liner I am obsessed with the Tarte tarteist clay liner.
Concealer : I love the Nyx hd concealer and the it cosmetics bye bye under eye concealer!
