For some horrible reason, for the past few weeks or so more concealer just looks so bad. I haven't changed anything in how I apply it or even the product and it comes out looking weird and fake and I don't even know how to describe it but it doesn't blend in with my face and it creates a weird line with my foundation and nothing like this has happened before. And also I have wrinkles under my eyes that I would usually set with powder and that prevents it from creasing but now NOTHING will stop the creasing. Now I'm even changing up the concealers and the powders I'm using and I get the same issues. It's so frustrating I don't even know what to do. My eyes have also been watering like crazy for no reason specifically when I put makeup on (even if I have nothing on my eyes) and the water from my eyes even makes my concealer come off funny with like bright white streaks or something. I don't even know, it's very strange. :(
I usually the It Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC Cream and then use a small amount of the Maybelline Fit Me Concealer and blend it in with a damp Beauty Blender and set it with the Laura Mercier Translucent Powder also with the damp sponge. Lately I've been switching it up to using the Becca Concealing Creme or Makeup Forever HD Concealer with the Elf HD Powder or Makeup Forever HD Powder and sometimes trying to blend it with a brush for a different approach and it looks God awful no matter what I try.

I have this problem too. My concealer does not blend with the rest of my face. It would be really helpful for some tips for me and Ceara C.

I have this problem too...I just thought it must have been the products I was using or that I just got some pretty weird under eyes, but I guess I'm not the only one with the issue. Sorry I'm of no help, hopefully someone will be able to give some tips.

I've never really had this problem so I'll let you know what I do when I apply concealer. I spray fix plus on my beauty blender and before I blend out the concealer I blend it out a small amount with my finger and then finish it with the beauty blender. Just make sure you blend a lot! I hope I helped!!

Any fixing spray could help or maybe you should try different products??

Troubleshooting is always the best option:
Could it be the CC cream underneath? Try not putting any CC cream underneath so it sticks more and it doesn't slide...
Could it be the weather?
Could it be a combination of the two?
What has changed since the last time it looked good?
A concealer that doesn't crease but gets quite dry is MAC Pro Longwear concealer. Maybe you could try a very small amount of that.
When the weather is hotter here, I always get more oily and I can't get away with wearing a super moisturizing base and then concealer on top. That's my thought at the moment.
I've also been adding a heavy duty setting spray this summer.
Please get back to us and let us know how you fixed if you manage to do so!

Like Breeze says, it could be a variety of reasons. My only thought on this, it is possible you might have developed some minor surface dehydration & the skin's texture is slightly dry, possibly even a minute amount of scaliness, which would make any product hard to adhere to. If that is the problem, then address the dryness with proper gentle cleansing products and lay off any eye cream or face cream with any actives in it like acids or retinols. Try to find a moisterizing eye cream just for moisture not a treatment cream. Also, if you're tearing up a lot, that excess moisture could be contributing to the dehydration on the eye area, due to moisture evaporation. and also, constantly wiping around the eye area. Also check your eye makeup product, one of them could be contaminated and causing the eye irritation, thus the tearing, thus the dehydration. Just a thought. I would esp. check wet products like liners & mascaras.

I agree with Marlene. I use the same concealer and I love it but sometimes it does apply weird but it's cuz my skin is dry and a bit flaky. I wear contacts and I'm pretty comfortable with them even with makeup, but when I'm at my bfs room he likes to have the fan on and it makes my eyes watery and my skin dries out because I keep wiping the tears off. But when that happens I make sure not to sleep with my makeup on but on a good night and eye cream before sleep and make sure my eyes are hydrated with eye team before I apply makeup there.

Try Stila perfecting concealer for under your eyes. It's a little bit on the pricier side but it works and blends great, and seems like it lasts forever. I use it almost everyday and have been using the same tube for about a year.
