So recommendations for a daily moisturizer. I have combo/dry skin..I want spf and something that is light and doesn't leave a weird residue. And not spending a lot of cash on it would be great.
Currently I'm using one that leaves a residue and balls up, even after leaving it on for long enough to be absorbed. (I'm not home to see what it is and it escapes me but I know it's a drug store brand.)

You should actually try LUSH products not sure where your location is but that store is all natural products as far as scrubs and moisterizers I use to be in search of moisterizers bkus my skin is dry and nothing from Sephora , Mac etc.helped me and once I started using LUSH moisterizers and face scrubs it helped me out so much bkus I had a lot of issues with flakes and when I put my foundation I'd have spots that where just dry flakes of foundation but like I said after I started using LUSH facial scrub , mask & moisterizer it helped me out a lot they have different types for skin if you wanna give it a try

I would try cerave, they have a lotion with SPF in it

The cerave was too thick for my liking but I may give it ago again to see how my skin reacts. And I'll definitely look into lush products

Aveeno daily moisturiser :) I like it cause it's nice and light on the skin but still moisturising.

I love the aveeno moisturizer! I just switched to it, and the facewash. it comes in a pack for $20 and they're both amazing

Did you try the lotion or the cream?
I find that the aveeno and the cerave lotion have the same feeling. Both are light and very hydrating although the aveeno one being a tad more lightweight and then there's the price difference but overall very similar

@Mary P. I also have the same issue with a new moisturizer I tried from Aveeno. My Aveeno moisturizer balls up and causing a rash on my face and made it impossible to continue using. So I would not recommend Aveeno products for you. I don't know what type ok skin you have but I have oily skin/combination skin. Also Lush doesn't put any SPF in their products so I would also not recommend them either. Its very difficult to find a good moisturizer with SPF that won't irritate your skin and I am still searching for one. I would recommend going onto the EWG.org website and looking at which moisturizers are the least toxic and affordable. The reason we react this way to our skin products is because we are very sensitive to the chemicals used so I would try finding an affordable natural moisturizer. Hope this helps!
