I think they would both look good on you, neither seems to wash out your skin in those edits. but the blue would probably be easier to maintain. red fades out very quickly and easily.

Beware of the pastel dyes. they can do a lot of damage. youll have to bleach your hair almost white to get either color as vibrant as you want, especially the blue, so you'll be putting your hair through a lot anyways.
