Try a chemical exfoliant like a BHA that will go beneath the surface of skin to slough away dead skin cells and push out and impurities clogging the pores - also you can try a mask to draw out the impurities - I like to use sulfur masks but it can be harsh on sensitive skin - but I find they work fast to dry out pimples and remove white heads.
